     Nam Prik Kapi,Cha-Om Tod is Thai food which is very spicy and delicious.It is easy to make.You can eat  Nam Prik Kapi together with Cha-Om Tod (Fried Climbing Wattle),fresh vegetable and steamed rice.



Ingredients of Nam Prik Kapi,Cha-Om Tod :

For Nam Prik Kapi
1. 15 Cloves garlic
2. 10 Seeds Thai Chilies
3. 3 tbsp Shrimp Paste
4. 6 tbsp Lemon juice
5. 1 1/2 tbsp Palm Sugar
6. 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
For Cha-Om Tod
1. 1 Hand Climbing Wattle
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 tsp soy sauce

How to make Nam Prik Kapi,Cha-Om Tod : 

1. Add shrimp paste on the foil .Grill it on the pan until aromatic.
2. Add garlic,Thai Chilies in a mortar.Crush all ingredients in a mortar and pestle.
3. Add Shrimp Paste,Lemon juice,Palm Sugar,Fish Sauce in a mortar.Mix all ingredients.Ready to serve.
4. Pick off climbing wattle (use only leaves, don’t use stick)
5. Add climbing wattle,eggs,fish sauce in a bowl.Beat all ingredients together.
6. Fry climbing wattle until it is cooked.
7. Serve Nam Prik Kapi with Cha-Om Tod.
