Ingredients of Pad Prik Gaeng Pla Chon Tod Krob :
1. 1 kg snakehead fish (cut in pieces)
2. 2 tbsp sliced kaffir lime leaves
3. 3 tbsp red curry paste
4. 1 tbsp sugar
5. 3 tbsp fish sauce
6. 2 tbsp oil(stir fry)
How to make Pad Prik Gaeng Pla Chon Tod Krob :
1. Heat oil and add snakehead fish.Fry the fish until it is cooked and golden.Set aside to cool.
2. Heat the pan and put oil,red curry paste.Stir fry until aromatic.Add fish sauce,sugar,some small amount of water and kaffir lime leaves.Stir fry 2-3 minutes.Remove from heat.
3. Add fried snakehead fish.Stir fry until all ingredients mixed well.Transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately with hot jasmine rice.
