5. 7 cloves garlic
6. 5 roots cilantro roots
7. 1 tbsp pepper
How to make Tom Jued Fak Kradookmoo :
1. Place cilantro roots,garlic in a pot of water and bring to a boil.Add pork ribs in a pot.Bring down the heat to medium-low to simmer about 1-2 hours or the pork ribs are tender.
2. Add Ash-Gourd and simmer until the gourd is translucent or tender.
3. Add salt,soy sauce and pepper in a pot.Turn the heat off .Ready to serve.
